1. The Madison Betterlife Premier Plan

The maximum inpatient, outpatient, dental, and optical benefit limitations are available to participants of this excellent plan. Additionally, members can consult any of Madison’s healthcare professionals without ever having to worry about making a co-payment. The principal member and spouse are also entitled to an annual health examination to make sure they are both in excellent health.

2. Madison Betterlife Executive Plan

This plan gives members complete access to all facilities at an affordable cost while also providing a wide range of perks and complete dependability.

3. Madison Betterlife Budget Plan

Premiums for this economic plan are significantly reduced. Access to Madison panel B providers is available to members

4. Madison Betterlife Ignite Plan

A young single person would benefit greatly from this particular package. Except for Aga Khan hospitals and The Nairobi hospitals, which can only be accessed for inpatient management and referral basis, it gives access to the main provider panel without a co-payment

How to apply for the Madison Health Insurance

1. Go to the Madison website

2. At the top blue bar, hover the mouse over “Protect Yourself” if you are using a Desktop and click on “Betterlife”. On a mobile browser, click on the menu icons at the top left corner, and click on Protect Yourself which appears on the dropdown list. Click on “Betterlife”.

3. Scroll down the page and click on “Get a Quote”

4. Fill in the Betterlife form that appears accordingly. Choose the inpatient and outpatient limit desired, fill in your annual budget, and click submit.

Madison health insurance will get back to you via email or phone after submitting the form with a quote of the yearly premiums that you will be required to pay. The Madison customer service team will also guide you further on how to fill out the final forms for application once you accept their terms.

The Madison Funeral Cover

Also called Lala Salama, it’s a special insurance cover that enables you to cover the costs of the final sendoff upon the departure of your loved one or yourself.

Features and advantages of the Madison Funeral package

• provide a lump-sum financial payment for funerals.
• offers different choices for the coverage amount.
• Benefits under the coverage are paid out within 48 hours after receiving the required paperwork.
• A member’s spouse, children, and parents are all eligible for membership.
• The eligibility age cap is 65 years old, but with some loading, it can be raised to 75 years old.
• Children are protected until age 18 or, if they are students, age 24.
• Absence of medical underwriting
• The waiting period for non-accidental death is 90 days.
